③お買い上げ明細書、商品の容器、商品の箱の三点すべてが到着後、約二週間以内に「返金申請書」を弊社よりお送りいたします。

④「返金申請書」に必要事項を記入して、弊社宛にご返送ください。
「返金申請書」到着後、約2週間以内にご指定の銀行・郵便局預金口座へ振込みにてご返金させて頂きます。

※振込手数料はお客様にて負担いただきます（250円）
